The objective of TalentSprint WISH Program is to nurture deserving women students into globally competitive engineers, regardless of their socio-economic background. Therefore, the program offers a full program fee scholarship to ensure that all candidates can fully benefit from the program.

WISH is a holistic program enabling students to

If you are a capable and motivated woman student aiming to thrive in the evolving silicon industry, this program will equip you with the essential skills needed to excel. Additionally, outstanding participants will have the opportunity to kickstart their careers with top-tier product companies, including Google.

You are eligible for WISH if you are

• A woman student currently in the third year of B.Tech/B.E
• Enrolled in ECE or EEE
• Scored over 70% in both X and XII

You can apply for the WISH Program on wish.talentsprint.com using your phone number and email address. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the application. All eligible applicants will be invited to participate in the online selection process.

The 15-month program is conducted online; however, participants are required to attend a mandatory hands-on physical BootCamp.

All eligible applicants will be invited to participate in the online selection process which has the following stages:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Domain Knowledge Test
3. English Language Test
4. Interview

All eligible applicants will be provided access to TalentSprint’s online platform which will be used to conduct the entire selection process.

Selection tests will be conducted online and you can appear for these from the comfort of your home as per the test schedule.

Once you have applied for the program, you will be able to access the practice tests in your account on the TalentSprint platform. You can take these practice tests at your convenience to get ready for the selection tests. We encourage you to take as many practice tests as possible to familiarize yourself with the pattern of the selection tests.

The following are some important requirements for taking a proctored online test:

• You will be able to take this assessment only on a desktop/laptop with a webcam and mic. Please click here to check your system compatibility to take this proctored online assessment.
• You will be able to take this test only on a Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox browser.
• The software used for this proctored assessment will be able to track aspects like who is at the computer, background noise, or if any other tab or application is opened, etc. You have to turn off chat applications (Hangouts, Facebook messenger, etc.), antivirus, auto-updates, and other notifications during the proctored assessment.
• Any use of smartphones, smartwatches and other such electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
• Please ensure that your room is well-lit, your camera is well-positioned, you have a stable internet connection and necessary power backup for a seamless experience.
